Full name: Pinsk Bread Plant is a branch of the Berestey Baker Open Joint-Stock Company, Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus. Address: 225710, Brest Region, Pinsk, Industrialnaya Street, 2.
The company was founded in December 1954, when Bread Plant No. 1, producing rye bread, was commissioned. In November 1969, Bread Plant No. 2 began operations, producing not only rye bread but also loaves, small-piece goods, ring-shaped pastries, and rusks. In 1992, a confectionery shop with a daily capacity of 3 tons of product was commissioned. The Pinsk Bread Factory, a branch of the RUE Brestkhlebprom, was established by Order No. 72 of the Ministry of Food Industry on April 27, 1972, and registered by the Brest Executive Committee on June 30, 2001, under No. 02646. It was a separate division of RUE Brestkhlebprom until December 30, 2013, when the legal entity Beresteysky Baker Open Joint-Stock Company was registered. Currently, the Pinsk Bread Factory is one of several representative offices and branches of Beresteysky Baker OJSC.
The bakery includes one workshop and one confectionery production section.
To ensure the quality and safety of our products and enhance our competitiveness, the company has implemented and certified a food safety management system for the production and storage of confectionery and breakfast cereals in compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 22000-2020.
Our company produces a wide range of breads (rye-wheat, whole wheat, hearth, pan, toast, including dietary and diabetic varieties), bakery products (loaves, braids, challahs, buns, crumpets, baguettes, small-piece products, and pies), buns, rusks (including diabetic ones), pizza flatbread, baked goods (various shapes, decorated, glazed and unglazed), gingerbread, cakes (including custom-made), pastries, oatmeal cookies, gingerbread, biscuits, muffins, croissants, breakfast cereals, breadcrumbs, kissel, and composite mixes. Our products have high consumer properties and taste qualities, an attractive appearance, including modern packaging.
