Full name: Pinsky Bakery is a branch of the Open Joint Stock Company “Beresteysky Baker” , Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus Address: 225710, Brest region, Pinsk, Industrialnaya str., 2.
The company was founded in December 1954, when the bakery No. 1 for the production of rye bread varieties was put into operation. In November 1969, bakery No. 2 began operating, which produced not only rye bread, but also loaves, small-piece, lamb and breadcrumbs. In 1992, a confectionery shop with a capacity of 3 tons of products per day was put into operation. The enterprise RUPP “Bresthlebprom” branch Pinsky Bakery was established on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Food Industry No. 72 dated April 27, 1972, registered by the Brest Executive Committee on 30.06.2001 for No. 02646, was a separate subdivision of RUPP “Bresthlebprom” until December 30, 2013, namely, the legal entity Open Joint Stock Company “Beresteysky baker”. To date, Pinsky bakery is one of several representative offices and branches of JSC “Beresteysky Baker”.
The bakery consists of one workshop and one confectionery production site.
To ensure the quality and safety of products and increase competitiveness, the company has implemented and certified a food safety management system for the production and storage of confectionery and breakfast cereals in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 22000-2020
Our company produces a wide range of bread (rye-wheat, wheat, hearth, molded, toast, including dietary and diabetic), bakery products (loaves, plaits, halas, rolls, crumpets, baguettes, small-piece products, pies), bagels, crackers, including diabetic, flatbread for pizzas, flour sweets (decorated in various shapes, glazed and without glaze), gingerbread, cakes (including custom-made), cakes, oatmeal cookies, gingerbread, sponge cake, cupcakes, croissants, breakfast cereals, breadcrumbs, jelly, composite mixtures. Our products have high consumer properties and taste qualities, attractive appearance, including modern packaging.
