The Pinsk Bakery is a branch of the Berestey Baker Open Joint-Stock Company, which is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus. Our address: 225710, Brest Region, Pinsk, Industrialnaya Street, 2.
Our company’s history began in December 1954 with the commissioning of Bakery Plant No. 1, which specialized in rye bread. In November 1969, we expanded our horizons by opening Bakery Plant No. 2, which began producing not only rye bread but also a variety of loaves, small-piece goods, ring-shaped pastries, and rusks. In 1992, we took another step forward by launching a confectionery shop with a capacity of 3 tons of product per day.
The Pinsk Bakery was established by Order No. 72 of the Ministry of Food Industry on April 27, 1972, and registered by the Brest Executive Committee on June 30, 2001, under number 02646. Until December 30, 2013, it operated as a separate division of the Brestkhlebprom State Unitary Enterprise, after which it became part of the Beresteysky Baker Open Joint-Stock Company. Today, the Pinsk Bakery is one of the important representative offices and branches of the Beresteysky Baker Open Joint-Stock Company.
We include a modern workshop and confectionery production section, allowing us to offer a wide range of high-quality products. To ensure safety and quality, we have implemented and certified a food safety management system in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 22000-2020.
We pride ourselves on producing a diverse range of breads (rye-wheat, whole wheat, hearth, pan, toast, including dietary and diabetic options), baked goods (loaves, braids, baguettes, pies), rusks, and a variety of sweets (various shapes, decorated, glazed, and unglazed). Our assortment also includes cakes (including custom-made), pastries, biscuits, muffins, croissants, and breadcrumbs.
